For the perfect Overnight Oats consistency, we recommend using twice the amount of liquid compared to oats. You can adjust this based on your preference for a creamier or thicker texture.

Freshly prepared Overnight Oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days without losing their flavour or texture. Simply keep them in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Gluten sensitivities are very individual! The oats we use in our products are naturally gluten-free. However, during cultivation and processing, cross-contamination with other gluten-containing grains can occur. While the gluten content in oats is typically low, it is not zero.
